Dr. Simon has resided in the New Haven area since 1980, when he joined County Ob/Gyn. He is a 1975 graduate of the University Autonoma of Guadalajara, and completed his Ob/Gyn residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
Dr. Simon was board certified in Ob/Gyn in 1982. He currently serves as associate clinical professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Yale University School of Medicine, and President of County Obstetrics and Gynecology Group. In addition, he is an attending physician at Yale New Haven Hospital and is on the Medical Advisory Board at Women's Surgical Center.
As a recognized physician in the local area, Dr. Simon has received several honors, including the APGO Excellence in Teaching award and the Temple Surgical Award, and has been named a “Top Doc” in Connecticut Magazine several times. In addition to general Obstetrics and Gynecology, his areas of interest include Urogynecology, which focuses on incontinence, bladder prolapse, overactive bladder and pelvic discomfort. He has extensive experience in surgery with abdominal surgery, laparoscopic procedures and other minimally invasive techniques.
In his personal time he enjoys sailing, bicycling, flying and very special time with family and grandkids.

Dr. Ravski is a New York native who attended Brooklyn College and earned his Doctorate at New York Medical College in 1974. He completed his residency in the Obstetrics and Gynecology department at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in New York in 1982. Currently Dr. Ravski is the Vice President and Managing Partner at County Ob/Gyn and is also an Associate Clinical Professor at the Yale University School of Medicine in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
In addition to his work at County, Dr. Ravski certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow at the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also an Attending Physician at Yale-New Haven Hospital and an Associate Clinical Professor at the Yale University School of Medicine in the Department of Obstetrics an Gynecology. Dr. Ravski has been named 3 times a “Top Doc” in Connecticut Magazine.
Outside of our practice, Dr. Ravski donates much of his free time to the Jewish Community and annually travels with a group of students to Poland and Israel where they learn about their Jewish heritage throughout history. Dr. Ravski serves as the doctor on the trip and has been participating in this event called “March of the Living” for many years.
Dr. Ravski has three full grown children and currently resides in Woodbridge with his wife.
Dr. Casper attended the University of Connecticut in 1975 and earned his Doctorate from the University of Kentucky in 1983. He completed his residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital in 1987 and has been with County Ob/Gyn since then. As an avid teacher at the Yale School of Medicine, Dr. Casper teaches “obstetrical simulation” for the medical students with a life sized doll that simulates giving birth. He has traveled the country teaching this method to other medical schools. Dr. Casper is certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is re-certified annually; he is also a fellow at the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Casper is an attending at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He is a member of the Connecticut State Medical Society, New Haven Obstetrical Society, and also volunteers on the Board of the New Haven Legal Aides Society in his spare time.
Dr. Casper is serious about fitness and utilizes most of his free time exercising. He trained and completed an Iron Man competition in 2013 that involved biking, swimming, and running. Dr. Casper is married and has two grown daughters.
Dr. Plisic has been at County Ob/Gyn since 1990. She attended the Sophie Davis School for Bio-Medical Education and graduated from New York Medical College in 1984. She completed her residency at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital in New York City in 1988 and worked for Community Health Care Plan before coming to work at our practice. A certified physician with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology which is re-certified annually, Dr. Plisic is also a Fellow with the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
In addition to her certifications, Dr. Plisic is an Attending Physician at Yale-New Haven Hospital and an Associate Professor at the Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Plisic is also a member of the Connecticut Medical Society, the New Haven Obstetrical Society, and she is the Director of Ultrasound at County Ob/Gyn.
Dr. Plisic has been named a “Top Doc” several times in Connecticut Magazine. She was also the winner of the 2007 Temple/Women’s Surgical Award for Teaching. She is additionally interested in Complementary Medicine as well as menopause/perimenopause. Dr. Plisic is also certified in traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. A proud mother of one, Dr. Plisic enjoys traveling in her free time and currently resides in Killingworth.
Dr. Chelouche is a New York City native who graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA from Harvard University and then attended Yale Medical College. She completed her Ob/Gyn residency at Yale New Haven Hospital and joined County Ob/Gyn in 1997. She is an attending physician at Yale New Haven Hospital and is an Assistant Professor at Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Chelouche practices both Obstetrics and Gynecology and enjoys working with endocrine disorders. She loves photography, film, and the Arts. She lives in Woodbridge with her husband, George Tellides, and has three teenage children.

Dr. Gioioso-Datta is originally from Massachusetts where she received her undergraduate degree at Tufts University in 2004 and earned her medical degree at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 2013. She completed her residency training in 2013 at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center in Orange County.
After moving back to the northeast, she became an attending physician and faculty member of the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences at the Yale School of Medicine. In addition to her clinical responsibilities at Yale, she is enthusiastic about teaching residents and medical students in the operating room and in clinic. She also gives lectures to medical students as well as assists Dr. Scott Casper with teaching obstetrical simulation. Dr. Gioioso-Datta is a member of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
Outside of the office, she relishes her time with her husband and 2 year-old son. To relax and stay in shape, she practices yoga, likes to travel, and enjoys sketching and painting.
